We are back from California and getting settled back in to our old routine. After browsing though the 580 some pictures from the trip I found a few to share. :)
Nick had a great time at the Air and Space Museum. There were lots of fun airplanes to look at but this one seemed to be the perfect fit! Blast off!
Nick really enjoyed Opa this trip. He got a kick out of his funny tricks and even tried a few of them himself. Nick also got his first taste of "spicy juice" (aka Sprite).
We made it to the Wild Animal Park and the San Diego Zoo too! Nick got a great view of the animals from Jon's shoulders.
And he got to jump between Mommy and Daddy. (Good pic Jon!)
We made it to the pool a couple of times. This was Rachel's first time in a pool and she loved it. After some practice with Grandpa she was kicking like crazy.

We had some fun on our "off" days too. Here is Grandma and Nick feeding the Coots. The ducks we intended to feed were full so these guys stepped up and ate our bread.
On our last full day there we headed out to La Jolla to see the wild Seals and Sea Lions.Hope you enjoyed the teaser... More later! :)

What a fun trip for the whole family from great grandparents to grandkids! Always good to have photos to remember special times like this. ~ G
