Nick likes to play chase round and round the house. One obstacle he has to get through is our sunken living room. I'm trying to teach Nick to go down the stairs backwards one foot and a time. During his attempt today to got stuck for a little bit with one foot up and one foot down but then figured out untangle himself. This is better than his normal strategy which is to charge down the step head first!
