We celebrated my Dad's birthday at Woodland Park Zoo today. We had a great time exploring and seeing the animals that were up for being out in the slightly rainy weather. Nick loved the bugs, farm animals and elephants.
Nick and cousin Lucy have such a special relationship. They enjoy playing together and I can always count on Lucy to make Nick laugh. She is so caring and kind and I'm glad when they get to spend time togther. Nick and cousin Milo are also becoming great buddies. They were giving each other high fives at lunch. Those two are going to be trouble. :)
We couldn't miss a photo op with a huge blue ball. 
Peter and Nick were checking out the Elephants. The Elephants were down the slope and across the pond ... approximately 100 feet away. Nick wanted to get closer. How are you supposed to explain that to a 1 1/2 year old?

Um, yeah, you definitely dont look 31 weeks pregnant. And your hair is really cute!
