The last couple of days have been very fun and busy! On Saturday, Nick celebrated his birthday with lots of friends and family. This year was very memorable because of how excited Nick was about the whole process. He loved sending invitations, was nervous that the mailman would deliver them correctly, he loved picking out Batman decorations and choosing cupcake frosting colors, seeing his party, enjoyed having his friends arrive and LOVED the whole party. Success. :)
Then today was Nick's first day of school. He was sad when he woke up but by the time we were off to school he was excited for the day.
He met some new friends, told me his teacher loved his smile and enjoyed hanging out with a girl he knows from our neighborhood. It was a good way to start the school year!
