A few weeks back I saw a sign up at our local fire station that they were going to have a pancake breakfast. Since Nick considers it HIS fire station I thought it would be fun to go visit all of HIS firetrucks. :)
Luckily the cousins were at my Mom's house for the weekend so they came along. 
Milo and Lucy were super brave driving Nick's big huge fire trucks.
The boys were even brave enough to go WAY up high in the ladder driver's seat. Peter is actually standing on the fire truck. The firefighter (hand at the bottom left) is standing on the ground. Yes, Nick is super high up!
There was no doubt in Milo's mind that he wanted to give it a try too!
Next up, after breakfast, the boys were on to fighting a house fire.
With a little help from Peter, Nick and Milo saved the day!
Towards the end of the visit Nick told Peter that he wants to work at the fire station. Maybe some day he will!
We had a great day at the fire station and ended up getting stuck watching the local parade. Not every day you stuck watching a parade huh? It was fun!
We also are starting to see a change in Rachel (yippee!). This was one of the first times she let some one hold her besides me or Peter (or Jon) with no tears!!! My arms are feeling better alreay!
