Nick's Fish

Nick got a fish tank for his birthday from Poppy. He loves it. A LOT. After we got it set up we waited 24 for long LONG hours to bring the fish home. He started with 3 minos (Ted, Fred and Ned), 1 ghost shrimp (Ghosty) and a snail (Cakey).

 

He loves to watch them.

 



 

And check on them.

 



 

And watch them some more.

Sadly Fred passed after just a few days. It was hard for Nick but he took it pretty well.



 

Today Poppy came to check out how the tank looked set up and to see Nick's fish. He also brought a new friend. Meet Bob the blue Beta. The kids adore the new mean fish. Bob has been chasing Fred and Ned all day.

 



 

Rachel and Nick love showing Bob his reflection since it makes him spread out his fins.

 



They also enjoyed drawing pictures of him.

Fish are fun.
