I couldn't let another summer go by without getting Nick his very own mower. We found a great deal on one while we were birthday shopping for Rachel so we stored it away for a sunny day. Last week the sun was finally out for a few days so we opened it up! Nick exclaimed, "That's me's!!??!".
A day after pushing his lawn mower through the tall grass he got his very first chance to mow the lawn with Daddy. In his words "Daddy helped ME mow the lawn". :)
Lawn mowing is very serious business.
I got the boys to stop for a photo.
But then it was back to work! As you can imagine Nick was very proud of himself and was quick to point out the new short grass. Let's see if he still enjoys this task at the end of the summer! :)
