From the day Nick was born (or maybe a few days after) his favorite object has been the quilt my Mom made me several years ago.
Stuffed animals, chairs and toys have also been on the top of Nick's list but none have been loved and admired as consistently as the quilt. At first I think it was just the bright colors but now he loves the textures too! Who would have guessed?
