Nick sat his first open house yesterday... okay, maybe not exactly. Peter listed a house last week and Nick and I are the unofficial assistants. I was taking some pictures and Nick was waiting for me patiently on the lower level (pink sweatshirt is in front of him in caseyou didn't spot him).
